What IS Health Coaching?

Often times we have that drive at the beginning of the year where we say, "YES! I WILL lose this amount of weight!" or "I want to starting doing X every day." Sure, we might stay on track for a couple of weeks, but the drive quickly leaves us, and we end up back where started...

Sometimes what we need most is a kick in the ass when something doesn't seem right or like we're on the right course; and that's where I can come in.

Welcome to the land of health coaching. Health coaching is set up to create accountability for those who have trouble staying on task. For those who have trouble continuing through with what they're trying to accomplish. For those who want to say "YES!" and hold that "YES" all the way to the end.
